- Apland is a leading voice on website compliance, organic page performance, and data security.
- Shae has led front-end, back-end, and integrative development projects for some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
- The code sets produced by Apland for banking websites have been featured by Concrete CMS for their innovation and best-practice.
- Shae has been the technical and development lead on dozens of national award-winning websites and digital experiences.
- Shae joined WORX in 2011 as Digital Development Manager – quickly rising through the ranks to Digital Director, followed by a promotion to Vice President in 2016, and later to Chief Technology Officer in 2023.
- Apland is active in the community – supporting a number of organizations and serving on the Board of Directors for the Palace Theater.
- Shae earned a Bachelor's degree in Voice and Opera from The University of British Columbia (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada).
- Apland earned a Master's Degree in Voice Performance from the Manhattan School of Music (New York, NY).
- Shae also earned an Associates Degree in Web Development from Connecticut State Community College Naugatuck Valley (Waterbury, CT).
- Shae still sings professionally – performing with his wife, professional soprano and teaching artist Marissa Famiglietti, at the annual Concert Pops of Long Island in Oyster Bay, NY.
- Shae resides in West Newton, MA, with his wife Marissa; their two sons, Luca and Nico; and family dog, Rocky.
