With years of experience as a graphic and UI/UX designer, Nadia’s function-meets-form approach helps deliver modular and scalable digital platforms that double as powerful business assets.

High Flyer
Nadia loves to try new fitness experiences, and recently discovered a love for aerial arts. She is currently dabbling in aerial silks, hoop, and hammock – which she describes as “very difficult but worth the bruises!”

World Traveler
Nadia is an avid explorer. Her first solo trip to Iceland in 2018 is an all-time favorite. She has also hiked the full Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru in 2019, a “challenging but incredible trek.”
Biography
- Since joining WORX as an intern in 2012, Nadia has exemplified the unique career pathing approach of the agency – spending several years rising through the creative ranks before creating her own leadership role focusing on digital user experience.
- Nadia has led the user interface and digital design for complex immersive experiences – including several for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies training healthcare specialists globally.
- Her interfaces have also served as the backbone for several national award-winning digital experiences.
- Nadia is a significant thought leader on the importance of User Experience and User Interface in digital content consumption.
- Nadia is actively involved in the United Way of Greater Waterbury – as a member of both the Emerging Leaders and the Leavenworth Society.
- Nadia assisted in founding an Artist’s Alumni group at Woodland Regional High School, which she graduated from. She provides insight to students who are curious about pursuing a career in marketing or art.
- Nadia is a regular speaker to young creatives – having led discussions at a variety of local middle schools, high schools, and colleges.
- Nadia graduated from Southern Connecticut State University (New Haven, CT), with a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art.
- While in college, Nadia won a national contest run by Mead to design their Five Star notebook cover. Her design was sold across the country for back-to-school season.
- Beyond WORX, Nadia is a dedicated yogi, and loves to hike. Her favorite summit? Mount Katahdin in Maine. Favorite park? Yosemite.
- Nadia resides in Beacon Falls, CT with her husband Brian, their baby daughter Jasmine, and their cow-cat Gigi.
