Account Director
While she has led a variety of accounts over her 20+ years at WORX, Julee has particularly deep expertise directing plans for large educational, healthcare, and financial service organizations.
Leader & Mother
Julee is a working mother managing a full-time professional schedule and busy home life with her husband, Joe, and their three young daughters – Gia, age 6; and twins Ava and Haylee, age 3.

Convinced she was the lucky charm for the school’s success, Julee attended UConn when both the men's and women's basketball teams won National Championships in 2004.
Biography
- Julee began her career at WORX in 1999 as a Production Assistant, learning HTML and Photoshop to keep client partner websites up to date.
- Exhibiting tremendous work ethic and a penchant for helping client partners grow, Julee rose in the agency to Account Manager, Director of Account Services, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer.
- Busalacchi leads project workflow and billing for the entire agency – and serves as the account director for client partners in automotive, education, healthcare, and financial services.
- Julee has been a strategic management lead on over 100 websites and digital campaigns in her career.
- Busalacchi has led fundraising initiatives for the United Way of Greater Waterbury, including the 2017 revival of the Bed Races, and has served as a Special Olympics volunteer for over a decade.
- Along with WORX Vice President Marysia Walker and Greg Jacobi of Webster Bank, Julee created the United Way of Greater Waterbury Emerging Leaders – a group of over 100 young professionals under age 40 who aspire to make the community better through philanthropy, volunteerism and advocacy.
- Julee is a Corporator of Thomaston Savings Bank – having been appointed in 2019 to promote the mission, vision, and values of the Bank's historic mutual charter to the community.
- Willing to try anything once, Julee has been skydiving, bungee jumping, and zorbing (whatever the heck THAT is!). She’s also completed a Warrior Dash.
- Julee graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Sciences.
- Julee resides in Wolcott, CT, with her husband Joe, and daughters Gia, Ava, and Haylee.
