Biography
- Catherine is a diligent and detailed production designer who manages workflows and direct content iterations that allow WORX to promote themselves proactively.
- Catherine began her professional career as a freelancer in the on-campus Office of Marketing and Communication at the University of Hartford – working with other designers to create social media assets, print materials, and environmental designs.
- Catherine graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Hartford Art School (Hartford, CT) with a double major in Illustration and Visual Communication Design.
- While at the University of Hartford, Catherine was the recipient of the Senior Regents’ Honors Award for academic excellence within the honors program.
- Catherine also gave back to her college peers, working as an Honors Ambassador – speaking on panels, mentoring students, and providing insights to prospective students and their parents about the school experience and art-related pathways.
- Catherine is an active community participant, and has worked as an instructor for Kids Tales – a non-profit outreach program that gives children in low-income communities the chance to create and publish their own short stories in a book with their peers.
- At John F. Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School, Catherine was the manager of the girl’s volleyball team – rewarding her with great leadership skills as well as the experience of being part of a team.
- In her free time, Catherine has been teaching herself how to crochet in order to have a computer-free activity. She has already made a few sweaters and a scarf!
- Catherine has a love of international travel – having made trips abroad to Italy, Spain, France, England, and Scotland. The plan for her next voyage is Greece.
- Catherine was born and raised in Westchester, NY, where she still resides.
