Powerful Campaign Promotes Youth Mental Health Care

 

For youth ages 4-18 across the state of Connecticut, Wellmore Behavioral Health offers an innovative mental health center that provides immediate care in a crisis situation. Now, a multi-channel digital marketing campaign by WORX is bringing more awareness to this amazing community resource. 

Through its thorough understanding of the strategic goals noted by Wellmore, as well as its deep experience in healthcare and community-based marketing, WORX developed a library of original campaign content – including a custom-illustrated emoji system. 

“The emojis are meant to represent emotions commonly felt by both youth and their parents, says WORX President and Chief Creative Officer Grant Copeland, “and to serve as a thought-provoking way to normalize the conversation about mental health.” In reaction to the campaign creative, Wellmore CEO Gary Steck said, “It made me a bit nervous, because it was so exciting! This work is a huge leap forward in telling our story.”

All campaign content was created by the in-house agency team at WORX – including videography, photography, copywriting, and motion graphics. WORX also led the strategic marketing planning with an omnichannel, digital-heavy approach that includes a website landing page, organic social media content, and paid digital advertising across the Google and Meta advertising networks, as well as TikTok. The campaign is being closely managed by a team of WORX digital analysts, who assess metrics and optimize results in real-time.
