Despite Mutual Bank and WORX being in different states, the agency essentially serves as the Bank’s in-house marketing department. WORX has led the integration of Mutual Bank’s BancVue website platform, CRM database, digital marketing content and other applications – which has reduced Bank labor related to customer analysis. The data integration has also surfaced new insights on customer behavior, usage and purchasing patterns, while clarifying share-of-wallet goals.
