EBP Supply Solutions

Since 2011, WORX has helped evolve this century-old leader in cleaning and food service supplies – its positioning, its services, its business processes and its potential to grow.

INITIAL REQUEST

Client prospects don’t typically approach an agency with an initial ask to overhaul their entire brand, digital and marketing. EBP was no different. Initially, they wanted to rebrand the company and sensitively evolve the Eastern Bag & Paper name - as bags and paper are just a small portion of what they provide.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE

When starting with a rebrand, the challenge is always unearthing the real ways that the branding can aid awareness, credibility and sales. A mere 650 hours went into the brand strategy work (no joke!) – inclusive of focus groups, executive meetings, qualitative research, quantitative research and business planning – to crystallize how Eastern Bag & Paper could succeed in the next century.

MOST REWARDING INITIATIVES

  • Taking a legacy ecommerce system used by only 5% of EBP customers and leading the design of a new platform – serving as the head of UI/UX, creative, content strategy, Search Engine Optimization, data integration and marketing communications.
  • Rejuvenating the company's own industry tradeshow – the EBP JanSan Expo – as a top conference and forum that offers unique thought leadership, provides product innovation insights and keeps EBP top of mind with its audiences.
  • Consulting on strategic plans with EBP heads of Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Information Technology and Training to develop lead generation campaigns for top company initiatives – including its sustainability positions for the cleaning & janitorial and foodservice markets.
