A LOVE FOR EXPERIENCE COMES WITH EXPERIENCE

Over her 6 years at WORX, Nadia has exemplified the unique career pathing approach of the agency. A multi-faceted creative, she began working across print & collateral, branding, environmental, content development, and web design initiatives. From there, she created her own leadership role, focusing on the robust world of User Experience. Now, for both client partners and the digital community, she serves as a thought leader on the importance of User Experience and User Interface in digital content consumption.

DESIGNING A VARIETY OF MEASUREABLE USER INTERFACES

Nadia has developed user-friendly interfaces for both front- and back-end digital experiences – including ones that connect Content Management Systems to multiple data sources. As one example, she led the experience design for Granite Student Living – a student property company in the Midwest. For Granite, the front-end interface made apartment searching easier for students, while the back-end interface increased the ease of use for site administrators in posting content and analyzing behavior. Within 3 months of launch, every property under Granite Student Living was leased for 2018, and average time spent on each page rose by 26%.

Nadia is a dedicated yogi, and loves to hike. Her favorite summit? Mount Katahdin in Maine. Favorite park ? Yosemite.

Nadia won a national contest run by Mead to design their Five Star notebook cover. It was sold across the country for back-to-school season.
