Community Leader

Along with fellow Vice President Marysia Walker and Greg Jacobi of Webster Bank, Julee created the Emerging Leaders organization for the United Way of Greater Waterbury – a group of over 100 young professionals under age 40 who aspire to make the community better through philanthropy, volunteerism and advocacy.

Julee is the middle daughter of Managing Member Joe Gugliotti, and is referred to as "the one who made the cut" to work at WORX.

Julee is the proud mama of baby Gia, who joined the family in November 2017. Can you say Future Account Director?

Convinced she was the lucky charm, Julee was at UConn when both the men's and women's basketball teams won National Championships in 2004.
