Gugliotti received the Harold Webster Smith Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, given to a community leader growing business locally.


Joe was awarded the Susan St. James award for leadership from Special Olympics Connecticut, and is an inductee into the Special Olympics Hall of Fame.


Little Known Facts


A life long Mets fan, Joe was in Section 14, Row O, Seat 17 at the infamous "Bill Buckner game" of the 1986 World Series against the Boston Red Sox.


Known as the "Kevin Bacon of Connecticut" in that there are no more than six degrees between Joe and any person.


A self admitted food (and wine) addict, Joe often serves up specialty dishes for both agency team members and client partners to enjoy.
